Berlin School with Korg & Roland - Synth Jam 142

about

Berlin School synth jam with Korg SQ-1, Roland Juno-di and Roland System 1m for some crazy space music.

For the curious nerds: on the right, the Korg SQ-1 sequencer controls both the Roland System 1m, and a part of the Roland Juno-Di, sending also the MIDI clock. The Juno-Di also runs an arpeggiator for one of the parts of a custom performance I made. On the left, the Juno operates only as MIDI controller for the System 1m overdubbing some synthbrass sounds.

All sounds & effects coming from the 2 synths. I use an expression pedal to control modulation on the Juno.

Watch the jam on my YouTube channel.

about

Dark Side of Synth Italy

I'm just a guy who loves music, synths and technology.
The name Dark Side of Synth sums up my fascination with the dark side and with synthesizers.
Don’t worry, you won’t be finding only darksynth, heavy, scary and sad tunes and tones here but quite a wide range and lots of happy, upbeat things too. Again, it is just a name – not a mission statement set in stone forever.
